Can't Stop Eating? FINALLY Get CONTROL with EFT Tapping to Lose Weight

Can't Stop Eating? FINALLY, Get CONTROL With EFT Tapping to Lose Weight

Ever find yourself where you just CAN’T STOP EATING?

I’ve been there, you go to the fridge looking for something to eat. You’re not really hungry but just feel like you NEED something.

You think, “Oh, I’ll just have one or two bites.” But, before you know it, it’s turned into 20 bites and then polishing off the whole thing.

You know you should stop, but you just can’t.

I spent over 30 years trying to figure out how to get control around food. And it wasn’t until I stumbled upon EFT tapping that I finally had control.

After too many to count failed diets, food delivery, and hiring trainers, I used EFT Tapping to lose 45 pounds and keep it off.

I did this without willpower, dieting, counting calories, or crazy exercise.

And it was permanent.

You too can use this powerful tool of EFT Tapping to lose weight even if you’ve tried everything else.

How You Can Stop Eating Using EFT and Finally Get Control

Using EFT tapping helps in this process in two ways.

First, it works on your emotional eating issues.  If you’re eating because you “feel like it” and not really hungry there’s an emotional need not being met.

You can discover what that emotional need or reason is that is getting you into these modes where you can’t seem to stop eating by identifying your weight loss blocks.

There are 10 of them and I have FREE training on this that I’ll share how to access at the end.

As you work through your emotional eating issues and clear out weight loss blocks, you naturally start doing things that nourish your soul which does not include overeating.

You naturally begin to take care of your emotional needs without using food.

Tap Before You Eat

The second way you can use EFT tapping to finally get control around food is to tap.

Tell yourself you can still eat that food, but you will tap first.

I know it sounds easier said than done because when you are locked in on eating that food, nothing is going to get in the way, even tapping.

But, by letting yourself know, “Hey, I can have this leftover pizza as soon as I'm done tapping.” And then tap for 10 minutes.

Tap on what feelings are coming up. Like you really want that pizza and you’re ticked you are tapping...all the way to if something happened at work that may be bugging you.

Just tap.

This helps in three ways.

First, by allowing yourself to still have the food after tapping. The subconscious feels safe and in control. Thus, gradually rewiring your subconscious to know there are no restrictions and it begins supporting your weight loss goals.

You need your subconscious to be on the same page with you and this little trick helps with that.

Second, stopping to tap breaks the pattern of going to food for your emotional needs. Again, helping with rewiring your subconscious to turn to better choices when you have an emotional need.

Third, it gives you enough time to determine if you need the food. Just that small 10-minute pause can be enough time to shift your feelings and emotions and get you out of the “I can’t stop eating” mode.

The more often you stop and tap, the less frequent the urges occur.

The first 10 times you tap you will probably end up still overeating. That is OK.

Don’t be discouraged.

Your current eating habits didn’t happen in just 10 eating episodes, it happened over a long period of time.

The unseen results of stopping to tap will add up over time…to the point where one day you notice, “Huh, I don’t “feel” like eating.” And then choose something that nourishes your soul better than some leftover cold pizza.

This food and weight loss journey really is a process.

It’s like peeling the layers of an onion. Discovering new things to work on, to tap on, to release…until there’s nothing left but food freedom.
